One main observation made by our Trust members and volunteers were that the
families they visited needed not only food, but medical attention as well. So the
Trust went ahead providing medical assistance to those people who could not afford
going to hospitals either due to their physical conditions or their financial status.
Every second Saturday is when we provide medicines mainly to poor patients and those
suffering from infections or illnesses related to climatic changes. The Trust also
conducted an eye camp, where we called a professional optomologist for a day and
received a very positive response.
